      Cons

      Hostile work environment on supervisory level. It seems the area supervisors believe being threatening & hostile will motivate an $8.00 a hour worker more than being open & easily approached. New management from Ireland now runs the company & there is too much demand placed on team members without any increase in compensation. Don’t get sick or hurt on the job, there are no sick days, overtime, paid holidays, etc. their compensation package is below national averages.

      Pros

      In my case, lots of hours so you can accumulate money quickly in just a few days. The customers were always nice too.

      Cons

      Poor management, they disrespect the people of the city, saying we’re lazy. Sometimes only one person is on and management wants you to do everything. Layout of our store terrible. Don’t call the help desk if problems occur because you will be on hold for hours. Upper management spies on you 24/7 with the cameras so don’t even think of sitting for a moment. Management doesn’t train you, fellow employees will and sense our store was a brand new store, no one knows exactly everything. High employee turnover rate because of said reasons.
