They get rid of you for asking questions, you don't have things required for the job and when you bring it up, you are told it's not priority...Like gloves...working in fast food.

Competitive pay, I was making $16/hour. Great staff! Everyone was fairly easy to get along with, made working less miserable.

Cons

Upper level management could not clearly communicate with local level managers of policy updates in a timely manner. It seemed all important information came down at the very last minute, if not days later.
