      Difficult Management

      Pros

      You make friends in a place with so many people which is nice.

      Cons

      management is very poor, they hire people and offer them no training which is a strain on the already understaffed and under pressure workers. Your hours change all the time and you cant have a day off without getting a phone call because someones called in sick. Very difficult.

      Great People, Terrible Management

      Pros

      People are great. Every day is different. It's a VUCA environment and can be hectic, it's challenging but colleagues are excellent

      Cons

      Management is non-existent. No HR department. Zero transparency on bonus' or promotions. Staff aren't rewarded at market level. Zero Benefits.
