Well, nice building... and very good working equipment

3 weeks on and still no wages slips, no contracts confirming employment conditions and regulations, salary 30% short even to emergency rates (and no slips to figure out why and what). Shifts changed 1 or 2 before shift day. Rosters planned 2-3 days in advance. Employment still not even registered in revenue and information from management that to solve emergency tax rates, employees need to contact revenue but can't do it cause company (site) still doesn't have Company Reg. No. :))) Biggest nonsens ever told. Assuming that's ONE BIG MISUNDERSTANDING & DISSAPOINTMENT especially 8.65 rates with low houres

One of the worst companies to work for in ireland

I genuinely can't think of any benefits beyond the performative benefits they list in the staff training website, they're crumbs compared to the millions of euros we create through our labour for them annually

Cons

This company is run like a cartel, they have little regard for the wellbeing of their staff beyond the image they shape for the customers and the wider public, it's one of the worst companies in ireland you could work for, abysmal, disappointing and morally reprehensible
