The job had very flexible work hours and could accommodate to individuals.

Cons

The company would not hire the most qualified individuals. Sometimes they would "work the system" so an individual would not get a bonus.

They can offer a moderate salary that will help pay the bills at the expense of your sanity.

Cons

They will throw you into your new position with little to no training. I personally worked without a direct report for a few months before they hired another new manager to fill the spot.

My boss is the best boss I have ever had, DM is a great person, good work life balance, decent pay, fair work load, and decent benefits.

Cons

Some of the software/ programs used for various aspects of the job, some areas of corporate are still really under developed.
