I work with some great BCBAs; the work/life balance is excellent, and BCBAs are empowered to use their clinical judgment, small caseloads, and excellent wellness programs.

Cons

The benefit packet lacks PTO and health insurance benefits. As with most ABA workplaces, a heavy emphasis is on reaching the weekly quota for BCBAs.

Great place to work that keeps getting better

Pros

The people are the greatest thing at the company who are here to support each other as well as providing great communication and teamwork overall. This growing company has made several improvements over the past several months that have made it an even better place to work.

Cons

The job market is tough to find enough great people sometimes, but that's not really on the company.
