Pros

ABC continues to provide the best growth opportunities in ABA. 7 Levels for RBTs with up to 4% or 6% increase per level! Best pay scale in the field. For RBTs pursing BCBA, they provide Supervision hours, as well as an interim salaried level. Three levels of BCBAs plus a Lead BCBA, regional directors, etc. They continue to open new centers which means more opportunities for growth. Low BCBA caseload! IF you have a passion for this field - great company to work for.

Cons

Benefits could be better. Medical premiums were just raised after 4 straight years of no increase. They are continuing to provide a Wellness credit to offset the increase - if staff participate in a few wellness activities.
