Awesome RBTs and Branch Manager

Cons

No in-house BCBAs. All telehealth. Behavior support is now the job of other RBTs and the branch manager (not that any of us are compensated for these new job responsibilities). Poor benefits, including meager time off allotment that gets eaten up by burnout, emergencies, appointments, etc., so no one ever gets a vacation (desperately needed and well-earned by all).

The most fulfilling job I've ever had. The staff is family and family-oriented. Just genuinely good people from all backgrounds.

Cons

The only drawback is pay.
