Pros

ABC is a great place to work with a supportive ancillary department. The billing quotas are reasonable and the job expectations are achievable. There is some room for growth in benefits offered, and relevant continuing education, but this job is truly what you make it. They have supported and embraced my desire to do research, to take on student placements and are always open to suggestions I have! There are always negatives of a job but the positives far outweigh the negatives in this position/company.

Lack of relevant continuing education funding/opportunities.

Working with patients with autism is incredibly rewarding. Every day brings an opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and support their growth. The company truly lives out its mission to provide compassionate, individualized care. Leadership is approachable and supportive Great collaboration across teams, especially with BCBAs and Regional RBTs. Opportunities to learn and grow professionally through mentorship and ongoing feedback. Clear expectations and structured support systems make it easier to stay aligned with goals. Great work/life balance
