HR lady was nice, onboarding was smooth

Cons

No one on site has any clue what they’re doing. There is not one standard quality process in the building. It’s a bunch of engineers and technicians winging it to put drones together while Project Managers hover over like flies on crap.

Approachable and supportive leadership. The leadership ream is always looking for ways to make our day as enjoyable as possible. I'm surrounded by a lot of people who want to do good work, and they're succeeding. We are accountable for what is within our scope and rewarded for going beyond. This is a calm place to work. I see growth! This business creates high-value products that retain and attract strong customers. I'm very careful to find work environments that are challenging but reasonable; drama-free. From what I've experienced here, I feel confident that I will be here for a very long time and I am investing a lot of energy into the company's success - gladly!

Cons

Very few cons - can't name specifics but I know that there is no "perfect" workplace. We have to adapt. The leadership team is open to continuous improvement in people and products. That helps minimize problems that make our days rough.
