The work environment here is fantastic. People are nice and genuinely care about the work and the company. I never feel weighed down by what I've been asked to do. They are really great about working with you if you do have an issue or need help. I actually feel heard here.

Pros

A lot of free time to develope your own ideas. Most workers can diviate from the plans and are not even checked.

Cons

A very poor example of Aerospace production. I feel bad for the customers. Its a sinking ship. Low wages, no pay increases until after a year.

Terrible leadership. Communication is terrible. Some leads are downright terrible and will blame you for everything and say they keep it professional when it is the exact opposite.
