Get to work on interesting structures in a very specialized field. Composites manufacturing & testing is difficult and very unique.

Cons

Generally disorganized company and high turnover. Still overcoming growing pains from being acquired a few years ago. Solid engineering team but lacking competence in management and manufacturing
