Pros

You'll get a lot of experience in multiple departments. If you do your job well, you'll never have to quit unless you don't like it.

Cons

They make you do things for other departments, but won't acknowledge what you've done. In fact, you might get a bad review for not concentrating on your own job. Management cares more about their bonuses then the overall shop. There's a history of them giving ultimatums like : you can either transfer to brea or you can be laid off. They do not pay fairly

Great positive team atmosphere at the site, decent pay, benefits as good as they can be with a "small" company. Awesome projects to work daily. We are making a difference and feel valued. HR is awesome keep up the great work. Site morale is great and work is cross functional between sister sites flows well.

Cons

CEO and Friends - No understanding of what needs to be done to make the company successful. Tend to bring in friends at the higher levels for positions to have his "group". Completely out of touch with reality, times and things needed at from what we hear all sites need to be successful. Most of corporate leadership is a waste and shouldn't be there its dead weight.
