Pros

They provide great training for an entry level employee. Plenty of opportunity for overtime. Pretty good 401k and insurance programs. Multiple shifts to work.

Cons

Low pay for skilled labor. High turnover rate. Usually on your feet most of the day. Similar production work everyday. Not much room for growth. All senior management was out-sourced.
