      Pros

      Company is undergoing many changes - those changes, if executed well, will improve ACE. Most of the employees have high integrity, are respectful and are committed. There are growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Communication needs to continue to improve. Managers know they need to help lead some of the change. If we are well informed - we can do that.

      Pros

      Interesting work, the facility has great capabilities, stable shift. Overtime available when products are over promised on an undeliverable timeline.

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the extreme. Owner will not trust employees to do their jobs independently without constant overview. Minimal pay for the work, local warehouses pay better; non-existent training. Constantly changing priorities; "Right and On Time" (the company motto) is very rarely met with right OR on time due to illogical and impossible schedules. Company values are a flavor of the week ordeal, with the latest buzzwords driving some new push into futility. Only chance for promotion is to head to church with the owner. Turnover is so bad that 3 new managers this year lasted 2 weeks or less, and walked out. Beware if looking to ACE for your future. There will be many openings, over and over again.

      Pros

      First line production team is great to work with and make continued effort. Many of the mid-level managers as well as most of the VP's were great to work with as well. Company match in 401k for all employees along with enrollment in SmartDollar.

      Cons

      Constant upheaval of all levels in the organization. Between people quitting of their own accord and Leigh firing people the turnover runs 50% - 60%. There is no commitment to the Core Values that they espouse.
