Pros

I have been with Applied for several years and they have always been willing to work with me on any work/life balance issue I have had as long as I wasn't demanding something ridiculous. The work is new and innovative and very cool to anyone inside or outside of composites. I would and have recommended this company to family and friends.

Cons

All the need for metrics are not the best but I understand the need for them to report our success.
