Pros

As with most companies, there are well intentioned people who want to do a good job. The work is fairly interesting. Pizza party

Cons

A micro-sized company that is flirting with extinction due to the word being out to potential employees on how miserable a place it is. Secondly, if/when customers begin recognizing the extreme turmoil & employee turnover at ACE they will move to a supplier that is stable and able to focus on product quality more than filling vacant positions. Failure to attract future talent (ACE obviously can't retain enough talent) plus a possible/ probable loss of customer confidence combine to create insecurity for the workforce. If you are looking for a secure future look elsewhere

Pros

Very clean facility and very knowledgeable staff. The shop floor staff is amazing to work with and the lower level office staff does some amazing work.

Cons

The higher ups are not understanding when it comes to personal issues. The company is very bad about hiring friends to upper level positions even if they are not qualified.

Pros

Work can be challenging or easy, and two days working the same part can yield different results. There is no standing at a press and doing the same thing over and over. The possibilities for your future at ACE really are up to you. The people that work here are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There is an awesome team working the floor.

Cons

Things can get monotonous if you let them. Communication can be a bit patchy, but is moving in the right direction.
