      The people working there are great

      Some upper management make poor decisions or do a poor job themselves, communication is poor, raises are poor or nonexistent, no appreciation for good workers, benefits stink

      Pros

      Great management, takes the time to train and develop employees, to help them reach their full potential. Promotes/transfers from within. Great company events.

      Cons

      Communication could be better, but the company is making a valiant effort and have taken steps to improve that.

      Pros

      Great positive team atmosphere at the site, decent pay, benefits as good as they can be with a "small" company. Awesome projects to work daily. We are making a difference and feel valued. HR is awesome keep up the great work. Site morale is great and work is cross functional between sister sites flows well.

      Cons

      CEO and Friends - No understanding of what needs to be done to make the company successful. Tend to bring in friends at the higher levels for positions to have his "group". Completely out of touch with reality, times and things needed at from what we hear all sites need to be successful. Most of corporate leadership is a waste and shouldn't be there its dead weight.
