Pros

We're a company with a purpose, and we're actively involved in supplying critical drones. We value our employees and offer competitive salaries and benefits packages. If your under paid threaten to leave and they will give you a raise. We're a team of passionate individuals who are all working towards a common goal. Just don't cross or get on the bad side of certain people and watch your back as there are snakes embedded within.

Cons

The GM/COO, Matt Torzewski still bounces between two locations while trying to be COO, This lack of stability creates confusion and uncertainty for employees. He only works for Corporate now and doesn't care about the site personnel only his bonus. I doubt the doors will stay open in certain other facilities that continue to be mismanaged. Bonuses promised in January have yet to materialize. This lack of follow-through on commitments is disheartening but typical from his leadership, there is always an ulterior motive, but rest assured he will ensure he is covered before anyone else. The focus seems to be on one major client (Drone company) at the expense of other long time clients. This creates a sense of neglect for other customers, leading to dissatisfaction and very angry customer phone calls (conveniently he is never around). Additionally, credit for accomplishments isn't being shared effectively, with some feeling their contributions are overlooked. There's a perception that the leadership is no longer as accessible or focused on employee well-being. Its all about cash and getting drones out the door each week. Seems to be the only thing they care about prioritizing over tenured customers, and it doesn't seem right. High turnover, personnel seem to keep leaving or getting fired. I hope this review provides constructive feedback. A more transparent and supportive leadership approach would be greatly appreciated. And pay our bonuses that we have earned.

Pros

I loved my schedule 7-3:30 and one personnel team member Tamara (quality) was very professional and easy to go to for any questions or concerns.

Cons

Where do I start! The process of introduction one email introduction and no further communication from anyone else in the company, Vague introduction to the team member in the same room. I asked if I could assist anyone with any of the workload while they would consistently complain and was repeatedly rejected. On the first week of my arrival one employee clearly made it known she was threatened by my presence and indicated directly to our manager was I there to get trained and later to be replaced. That really set the tone "unwelcomed"! I just stuck my face in the little work I was provided with 1 hour for 2 days as training overview. Stuck it out until they decided to release me of my role. Sadly, too much to type out here. Take your chance hopefully you have better luck!
