Honestly, there aren't many. If you're lucky enough to be one of the chosen few then you can participate in Indy 500 activities.

Cons

Very strict hours. Pay is not good. Mangement is incredibly overbearing and micro manages.

Very friendly staff. There are opportunities for growth. Many employees start in entry level positions and work their way up to management positions. Good benefits package. Overtime is available for some positions, but most employees work 40 hours/week.

There were a lot of great people working at the Lake Forest site. Unfortunately, they rarely stuck around due to lack of good leadership.

The Lake Forest site provided terrible raises, and did not value your contributions
