      Very hands off from management once you're on a project.

      Cons

      You'll be laid off with no severance after bringing in over 1.25 million dollars of revenue

      Pros

      The pay was good; a lot of the employees could work remotely (position/project-dependent); got exposure to different companies.

      Cons

      Project length with customers not certain (project that was supposed to be 1-2 years ended up being under 3 months); management apparently took advantage of the "at-will" aspect of employment wherein they gave me 1-day notice before letting me go.
