      - Good work hour flexibility - Potential for diverse work environments - Opportunity for various engineering projects - Great coworkers - Management seems to genuinely care about advancing the careers of all employees

      Cons

      - Can sometimes feel like you belong more to the customer company than Applied due to the project-based work that commonly takes place at the customer location - Projects can terminate suddenly without much forewarning which requires a change in the workload and sometimes change in location

      Extremely flexible, good work life balance, work will be provided when available

      Cons

      Pay is sub par at most but on par for North Dakota. As a consultant you don't always feel like an employee of Applied but instead of the company in which Applied has contracted you too.
