      Just opened up brand new facility, great people to work with, and exciting projects

      Cons

      Critically understaffed, would always want people to come in on weekends because they took on too many projects, poor benefits

      Laid back atmosphere. Decent boss. Good coworkers

      Poor benefits and very small raises. Nobody gets fired. Very conservative management.

      Pros

      Small company feel, you know everyone in the company after just a bit. Plenty of customers to work with and get to know intimately. Great variety of work for engineers, designers, etc.

      Cons

      Small company growing pains mostly. Many different internal systems that drive processes. Some old school mentalities that are good at times but contrary to advancement at others.
