Flexible environment, latest tech stack, management could be better

-Latest technology stack- at least on Azure, -Good salaries -flexible work hours( but depends on the team/project)

Cons

-if you are really smart you get all the responsibility, (more than required work hours) and can lead to burn out. -micro-management (sometimes) -exposure to latest technology really depends on the projects (work could be really monotonous, if its support projects)
