Pros

The culture at Applied Imaging is great. Everyone knows we're there to service our clients. Having fun while doing it is a side benefit. There are lots of new opportunities due to the tremendous growth. They always look to promote from within first.

Cons

The growth has been crazy. Acquisitions are a lot of work until everything is integrated.

Pros

The culture is the best of the best. You work hard at Applied Imaging but they reward you with many opportunities to play hard as well. The owner of the company truly cares about his employees and works hard to show it.

Cons

There really aren't many, the only thing is the benefits are expensive.
