Pros
Their caring "family" of employees go beyond and above to welcome you in and make you feel cared about. When things do not go as always expected, they try to help and get things straightened out. I have never seen a company that when a fellow employee has an unseen medical development, that they embrace you, and have fund raisers, and fellow "family" ( no other word for it) donate their vacation hours, so you can heal and know you are cared about. Its amazing. They call it culture, but I call it my family who I do not have naturally.
Cons
Do not work here, unless you want to be part of their culture, and cared about as an employee. If you like your private space, and want to be a number and not cared for, from the top management down, then go work for our competition.
