due to its 50 years I see company is very hierarchal and traditional, decisions take time. Has lot of inertia to adapt to changes that are needed to keep up fast pace changing market

Applied Materials should implement 360 degree feedback program to enable employees to provide feedback on how managers are doing. There is currently no incentive for managers to be good managers. Morale is much lower than it should be.
