      Pros

      If are the person who looks for a work-life balance, here is where you should be. You get to travel quite frequently (Depending on team of course). The initial pay is great. The employees are valued and are given good perks.

      Cons

      As most of the teams have counter-team as US , it is expected to co-ordinate with their timings which can be a little frustrating(due to time difference). Annual hike isn't that great.
