      Competitive salary in the market, Good place for managerial staffs.

      Benefits is quit bad for Singapore side. No spectacle allowance like other MNCs do. HR needs to look outside world MNC benefits.Over time is always controlled for technicians although company is making billions of dollars as management said in all-hands meetings.No separate child care leave, family care leave is given to everyone even though you don’t have children. But if you have children , there is no separate child care leave.
