      Actively shifting much of its workforce to Asia for cost and to be closer to its customers. Very cyclical market that results in a great deal of workforce churn. Although its a leader in its market, its very uncertain from where future growth will come

      Pros

      IF you have a supportive manager you can get training, assistance and decent raises. I think upper management try to do what they think is best for the overall company.

      Cons

      Complete lack of cummunication, particularly in my group. Absolute division of people based on their level #. EA's are treated like furniture by most, not all, managers. They see us as completely interchangable. Way too many V.P's. Seems everyone hired in last year was made a VP. All mid level managers and up went through extensive "management training' and yet I see no difference. Also most folks, if they are being honest and not bogged down wiht being "pc" will say they are sick of the jobs shifting to Asia/India. And sick of the outsourcing our IT, HR, and benefits to Bangalore.
