      good mix of talent and years of experience all around. Mentorship is readily available.

      Cons

      Workload, impact dependent on business unit. poor communication or shortcuts taken in high-priority projects. The higher the priority or the longer time a project takes, the more hoops that are likely to be skipped.

      They give you a lot of flexibility with your schedule and vacation , also they give you a lot of benefits that helps you stay healthy and manage your stress.

      Not everyone with whom you are working is prepare for the role so you can have resistance is implemeting programs and salaries are not very high

      15 years ago about 10% of the key leadership role in the company hailed from Indian background and everyone got the same opportunity on merit. Come to 2025 literally more than HALF the VPs, GM and key roles across the company are now Indian. It seems Indian executives have worked hard focusing on hiring Indians at every opportunity over last few years. Many deserving people have been overlooked in favor of an Indian when a promotion and key position opens especially when hiring manager is typically an Indian.
