Pros
*Decent salary. May not be as nice as certain other companies in Silicon Valley, but doable. *Certain groups of people who work well with others. You'll meet respectable people who have empathy on the amount of work you have to do.
Cons
*Lack of job growth if you're in a competitive position or team that is large. *Flexible time off -- which is new but doesn't bode well among my team in this global manufacturing environment. You'll be working while on vacation if you're on a particular team. *Certain teams of very demanding people, due to fact we're a large global company.
