      Pros

      The atmosphere in some of the team's is OK: working on code quality, people are very kind, work life balance

      Cons

      In some of the products (especially the newest one!) the atmosphere is problematic: lots of pressure, no work life balance, feels even poisonous

      Flexible timing Not fired (yet)

      Flexible timing = no start / end time, you end up spending way more time for work beyond the standard 8 hours Mandatory office attendance four days a week Single digit salary hikes Thinkers are not welcome Target keeps moving, re-orgs happen practically every quarter. Bears go into hibernation way less often. Performing consistently worse every year, no respite in sight
