      Pros

      singular best culture I have ever experienced. Everyone on my team is fantastic and managers are well communicated and reasonable. Workloads are flexible to fill time but not leave you slammed and everyone on the team is someone you want to go get a drink with.

      Cons

      Just pay. Its ~10% below average for the area and more than that if you go just 10 minutes further away.
