      Great People, Crummy Management

      Pros

      Anyone not in management are all good to work with. Try to be family oriented. No formal dress code. Hours are 8-5 for engineers. Very occasional early/late days. Looking to hire right out of school, (so they can pay low).

      Cons

      Management sucks, from middle to upper. CEO speaks a lot of cooperate nonsense but is not transparent. Dont expect many bonuses and if you get one itll be small. Pay is low and stays low even with promotions.

      Great Culture but Low Compensation Package

      Pros

      Culture, learning environment, fun projects. A lot of employee perks like onsite flu shots, dinner meals prepared to take home, a gym and fitness classes.

      Cons

      Low compensation, high turnover, location.
