Pros

A lot of manufacturing processes are done in house. You get to learn a lot very quickly. Culture is great. People are awesome. Relaxed atmosphere for the most part.

Cons

Not great pay if you compare to companies in this industry. Your compensation isn't based on your skill level, but on how long you have been here.

Pros

Awesome people, great atmosphere, company machine shop, 3D print shop, decent starting pay.

Cons

Due to it being in the medical field there are TONS of paperwork. Simple projects that could literally take a day or two go on to months of unnecessary testing and waiting for others to review paperwork. I know this is at least true for their process engineers. Other Engineering positions might involve more design that paperwork. This company also seems to have the preference to just work people harder rather than hire new personnel. This is especially true for production members and management. So careful if you plan on sticking here.
