      Great starting job, many younger employees which adds to the culture

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for growth, salary and compensation are not standardized nor is there a clear method to obtain a raise.

      Applied is a great place to start your career

      Pros

      Applied constantly implements positive changes, new courses and processes. Vertical integration helps engineers to be exposed to manufacturing processes and work with different teams to improve design for manufacturing. Great place to learn especially in the beginning of engineering career. Good culture and enjoyable environment.

      Cons

      Salary is at lower range of industry standard and growth path is not very defined.
