Pros

Great opportunities to learn and grow. They regularly hire people with little to no experience. Great co-workers.

Cons

Opportunity comes at a cost and at Applied it's "underpaid and overworked". Some managers are more realistic than others. There are dramatic differences and Inconsistencies for starting salaries, promotions and raises. I got the manager that's notorious for being the slowest to promote or give raises in my entire department... bummer.

Great Co-Workers - Poor Company Pay

Pros

The people at Applied Medical are great to work with. Applied is a growing organization that helps people with their medical devices.

Cons

The company is a family run organization. Many family members are in management positions. Base pay is very low compared to other companies in this space. It may take years to get a pay raise and the bonuses are small. They often promote employees and give them more responsibility without giving them a pay raise.

Pros

A decent company if you need a job right out off school fun environment dating co workers is not frowned upon

Cons

- sub par salary - Management is either family or friends of family - Most of the Managers/ VP's/ Directors don't deserve to be one and have no clue on how to function - Annual raise is a JOKE provided you get one - No flex hours to manage family life and are mostly there to because of impress Sr.Mgmt
