They give you the opportunity to start your professional career and for that you have to be thankful.

Cons

While they give you the chance, it doesn't mean you should stay long. Once you get experience, unfortunately you have to look out for your best interest and often that means leaving for better pay.

If you anger the wrong people, your career will be stopped. Management is petty and pay is bad.
