This company will spend thousands of dollars to train you and educate you.

Cons

You will be the least paid sales rep in med device. This company will change the pay plan every quarter and find ways not to pay you bonuses. You will have to jump through hoops to get promoted as well. They will give you quotas that are unattainable and so far out of reach so they don't have to pay people. By-far the cheapest company I have ever worked for.

- More doc writing than actual engineering - Legally allowed to not give breaks (CA exempt employee) - Innovation is discouraged if it means delaying deadlines - Progress determined by trivial Microsoft task completions - Lateral transitions to other departments are near impossible - Frequent meaningless meetings
