Good people to work with, not for If you are young, this is a good place to start, but don't spend more than a couple years here, it will hurt your chances of making real money in the future

Cons

Titles mean nothing, they give people director and VP titles with no real backing The company is run by family and family friends. There are a few people with vision at the company: namely Gary Johnson. You have to conform and agree to everything the family asks..otherwise you are out

Nice atmosphere, growth and a great place to learn Spanish.

Cons

You will last less than one year before you either quit or go out on disability. Terrible management and pay. Your pay scale will remain the same for years.
