I liked the work/life balance. The benefits were pretty good. And there was a ton of room for growth and opportunities to work cross functionally.

Cons

Nepotism. They over-value time at the company vs. what makes sense.

Very busy. Great for new engineers. You can learn a lot. Great atmosphere. Fitness and wellness programs. Company always improving.

Cons

Everything is always expedite. Documentation heavy. Difficulty of advancement. Strict 8 to 5 schedule. Engineers are generally seen as disposable.
