Pros
There are some great people that are eager to learn and lend a helping hand. Everyone outside of management is a realist and works extremely hard. Buildings are nice, and you get lots of discounts in rsm. Best thing I can say is it's a good place to start and a dream place for process and manufacturing engineers
Cons
Smoke and mirrors. They give a vibe that everything is fine but it isn't. Management says everyone should do everything when that just doesn't work. And the pay is terrible, even by lower industry standards. Benefits aren't good. There are talented engineers that are reduced to pushing paperwork. Nepotism is at large over there and it is the most oblivious company I have ever worked for. Does not know how to manage its employees and unless you brown nose and completely drink the koolaid, they will identify you as 'not fitting within applied culture' and take action. I think this place is good to start your career at but for heaven's sake please don't spend the rest of your life over there unless you are related to the hilal family.
