It is a good company for people who have additional life responsibilities or goals, such as raising a child. There is no feel of urgency in departments which are not directly responsible for production.

Cons

Not good for people who are ambitious, motivated and driven.

Great people, warm management and happy team environment creating a positive place to work.

Cons

No major cons, I had wished senior management might be more open to change but many people say this across all companies. Judging by some of the negative reviews my guess is that Applied Medical's only mistake is hiring some very entitled people who could not make changes single handedly & have everything their own way and have become bitter. I cannot see how some of the extreme cons highlighted reflect my own experience here
