      Almost unbelievable to be true in the 21st century

      Individuals and also departments are very accommodating and helpful

      Cons

      Unhealthy and toxic environment with people in key positions like trainers and managers; they show you “The Applied Way” down your throat and send you for training to classes to brain wash you into thinking they are there for you. When you need support there is nothing but crickets. There many other of great companies - even with shareholder - to work for. They work people to the point that they are dying to leave the company asap. There are employees who have been there forever, and they have been drinking the company Kool-Aid so long they don’t know any better. Absolutely not a company worth recommending.

      Great Work/Life balance with a family centric culture Established Company & Great products (Including leading innovative products) Very supportive team NO BACKORDERS - if you just want to sell and look after your customers without stress, then this is the place to work! Some people on here have made comments on the training. Its very thorough, you have to take exams and learn the product information. but this is because they care that you have all the knowledge before you see a customer. You are supported to pass.

      Have outgrown some back office systems but management know this..... only frustration would be that the new systems aren't already here!

      None, absolutely shocking behaviour from the management & trainers.

      Cons

      Indoctrination, no creative thinking, poor management. They are mindless manipulated individuals who are conditioned to have no opinion of their own. If you want to be brainwashed & lose all individually then knock yourself out! The health warning ‘this company will seriously damage your health’
