      Pros

      Home-office and get to wear scrubs while in cases. Never wore a suit. Ever.

      Cons

      Very sketchy management. Did not trust anyone! Told I was hired at a certain base salary then my new hire paperwork arrived and stated 10K less in base. "Take it or leave it," they said. Had already given notice so couldn't leave it. Lesson learned. Also, I believe mgmt is waiting for the company to be bought so they can cash in their stock and retire. Lastly, 3 week training program is a bit over the top. Militant trainers with creepy color contacts.

      Pros

      Good entry point for medical sales, as long as you don't stay more than 3 years.

      Cons

      Small-minded company culture; all decision are made by senior management; no input is welcomed from those who have local knowledge and ideas. They hire teenagers for key marketing positions.
