Engineers are great to work with and company has lots of activities for team bonding and socializing.

Cons

Managers take pride in being able to control their team and project themselves as better-than rather than actually being humble mentors. Constantly try to prove they know more and take credit for other’s ideas. Snarky remarks and grandiose behavior. Never worked with such an insecure manager before. This is on the Voyant Open Fusion team.
