      Pros

      Exposure to many different areas of the company Lots of responsibility given to new engineers Company growth is excellent Lots of opportunity to move in between departments Very friendly, hardworking employees who are willing to help others Employees rewarded for company success Senior management (including CEO) are personable and accessible (most have open-door policy) Company strongly promotes personal integrity and individual growth

      Cons

      Because the work force (managers included) is so young, at times the environment can be a bit too casual and at times unprofessional Low compensation makes it tough to save for the future while living in Orange County Overtime (unpaid) is almost expected High employee turnover (firings for seemingly minor infractions)

      Pros

      The products manufactured are good, and the growth has been exceptional. It's a great place to learn a little about medical device manufacturing and get your feet wet on the engineering side.

      Cons

      Salaries are much lower than industry standards and 401K match is a joke.
