      Improving patient outcomes and reducing the cost of healthcare is truly driving this company. The products are excellent and the growth of the company is phenomenal with many career opportunities.

      Cons

      The fast growth drives many changes in the organization. The organization cannot always adapt fast enough to this expansion, so the team members need to be very flexible.
