long hours, very low pay for experienced workers, depressing environment, feel like your on a reality T.V show with all the cameras, hundreds of them everywhere, middle managers watch your every move from their cubicles, very sick environment to be involved in. unless you brown nose, not your productivity, you may go somewhere, maybe. if you like being belittled, controlled, and slave driven this place is for you, they offer sick time but if you use it they hold it against you, then take back any remaining time away at the end of the year you did not use instead of paying you out, if you don't use it you lose it!!! AMAZING!! you even have managers who make up their own rules as they go regardless of the company's written protocol. the worst company I have ever worked for, If you have talent don't waste your time working there!!! Said always talks about the company as a family unit, yes, only if your in his immediate blood family does that apply. watch BEN-HUR, the shop floor is just like the ships gully, very pathetic, if the customers that take tours only knew what the atmosphere inside this spotless, lifeless building really is, Applied would be Misapplied
